Conditions to apply as a Virtual Assistant and become part of Mundo Talent

If you want to work as a virtual assistant remotely from anywhere in Latin America, Mundo Talent is here to help you succeed!

To apply as a virtual assistant and join the Mundo Talent community, you must meet the following requirements:

It is essential to be bilingual and have a fluent command of English and Spanish, or English and Portuguese. This includes the ability to read, write and speak in English.

You must complete and pass the EF SET Exam  (lasting 50 minutes) reaching level C1 and obtaining at least 61 points. Upon completion, you will receive an official English certificate. The results correspond to the CEFR levels . Please note that the validity of the exam results is one year. Please note that meeting the minimum score does not guarantee approval of your application.

You will need a computer, either desktop or laptop, with a working webcam and microphone, as well as access to a high-speed Internet connection.

Completion of secondary or high school education is required, and a university degree (bachelor’s degree) is preferred. Although most of our members are graduates, this is not an essential requirement.

It is necessary to have a minimum of 1 year of formal work experience and possess specific skills in at least one of the following professional areas: general administration, marketing, sales, web design, graphic design, project management, among others.

It is required to be at least 18 years of age.
