Whether you’re taking your first steps into the virtual world or looking to hone your current skills, this step-by-step guide will guide you through getting started with Mundo Talent and making the most of your learning experience.

1. Sign up for Mundo Talent:
   • Apply on our platform to be a Virtual Assistant at Mundo Talent.
   • Be part of our network of Latin American experts.
2. Activate your Mundo Talent account:
   • Access your profile on Mundo Talent and select the “Activate Mundo Talent Academy” button.

1. Log in to your Mundo Talent account using the same email address and password you use to log into your Mundo Talent profile. Your Mundo Talent account will be connected to your Mundo Talent profile.
2. Access a variety of courses, online training, and expert recommendations from our partners and team, designed to boost your professional skills.
   • All training content includes visual and textual resources, tests, and certificates.
3. Check out the course catalog to discover the options available to you.
4. Review course descriptions and choose the ones that fit your interests and learning goals. Some of these courses may offer you the opportunity to increase your income while improving your skills and enhancing your resume. For more details, see Step 6.
5. Please note that «How to be the best virtual assistant» is our core training and is essential to access specialized courses.

1. After selecting a course, press the “Enroll in Course” button.
2. Some courses may require you to pre-register. In such cases, please make sure to follow the instructions given to complete your registration.
3. Once you enroll, you will have access to all course materials, including video lessons, readings, and supplemental resources.

1. Get to know the Mundo Talent educational platform in depth.
2. Access the courses you have enrolled in from your control panel or the specific courses section.
3. Discover the various features and tools offered by the platform, such as quizzes and progress tracking.
4. Enjoy the flexibility that the platform gives you to study at your own pace and review the lessons whenever you feel necessary.

1. Connect with the community and share what courses you have enrolled in through the Mundo Talent Telegram chat.
2. Remember to celebrate your accomplishments! When you complete a course, be sure to get certified to showcase your new skills on social media.
3. After receiving your certification, stay in touch with Mundo Talent by sharing it on your social media. Also, don’t forget to subscribe to our newsletters to stay up to date with the latest news, announcements, and additional learning resources.

At Mundo Talent, we not only offer courses that strengthen your skills, but we also provide the opportunity to earn Mundo Talent Training bonuses. You can identify the courses that offer these bonuses by the “$” symbol at the top right of each one.

Mundo Talent Training bonuses will be calculated based on Mundo Talent credits, which reflect your experience and dedication to the community. You can earn Mundo Talent credits by completing specific courses, and each credit is equivalent to $10 in your Mundo Talent Training bonus.

Additional Mundo Talent Training rewards are reserved exclusively for our virtual assistants who have been hired. However, if you are not yet hired, you can actively participate in the courses and earn certificates to improve your employment opportunities. Mundo Talent will record the courses you have completed and keep track of the Mundo Talent credits accumulated until you secure a position.

How to determine Mundo Talent credits

There are several criteria used to establish the connection between course certificates and Mundo Talent credits. Once you secure a job, or if you are already employed, different categories apply for Mundo Talent credits that will influence the amount of Mundo Talent credits you will accumulate towards your bonus, depending on the type of course you have completed. The categories are:

Unrelated: This category covers courses that contain content that is not directly related to your current position or industry, although it may be of interest to you. Upon completion of an unrelated course, you will receive 1 Mundo Talent credit.

General: These courses offer knowledge that is useful across multiple roles and industries. Upon completion of a general course, you will receive 2 Mundo Talent credits, regardless of what position or sector you are working in.

Industry-Specific Software Skills: These courses are designed to address industry-specific software. If the course is not tied to your current role or industry, it will be considered an “unrelated” course. Conversely, if you complete a software course that is aligned with your role or industry, you will receive 3 Mundo Talent credits.

Industry-Specialized Courses: These courses are developed by Mundo Talent vendors, partners, or clients. They provide exclusive insights and information tailored to specific roles or industries. If they are not related to your current job, they will be classified as an “unrelated” course. By completing an industry-specific course that is aligned with your role or industry, you will receive 5 Mundo Talent credits.

It is important to remember that if you change clients, positions or sectors, your Mundo Talent credits will be recalculated for future bonuses. The credits you acquire will be valid for two years from the date you obtained the certificate. After this period, the credits obtained from that course will lose their validity, so it is advantageous to continue taking courses continuously.

When can they be used to obtain Mundo Talent Bonuses?

For virtual assistants who have completed their course but have not yet been hired, the first Mundo Talent Training bonus payment will be made 10 pay periods (20 weeks) after their hiring.

To ensure a smooth payout process, Mundo Talent Formation bonuses will be paid out on the same schedule as regular Mundo Talent bonuses, which are paid out approximately every other pay period, based on the dates on the Payout Calendar. This means that you will receive your Mundo Talent Formation bonuses on a monthly basis, regardless of the 20-week accrual schedule.

The Mundo Talent team will calculate the bonus for each pay period. They will review the certificates you have earned, assign the relevant Mundo Talent credits, and determine your bonus for that specific period. All of this will be added to your invoice automatically.

The maximum amount you can earn with Talent World Bonuses is $400 per calendar year, simply by learning and allowing your bonuses to accumulate.
