In order to offer you the best job options in the United States, we need to know your professional profile thoroughly, including your experience, skills and level of English.

Important: Please attach all documents requested in the corresponding application form. Do not send any documents by email unless specifically instructed.

In order to provide you with personalized service, we ask that you complete the following steps:

  1. Step 1: Start by taking an online assessment of your English level
  • Access: Standard English Test + Personalized Official English Certificate.
  • Register and take the 50-minute EF SET exam to complete your application.
    Note! When you register, do not use Facebook. Instead, register with your email address.
  • Your exam results will be adjusted to the levels of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR). To participate in Mundo Talent, you will need to obtain at least 61 points (level C1).
  • Carefully save the link to your certificate results, as it will be needed in the following stages of the process.

    – Once you finish the test, you should see a results page with this URL: https://www.efset.org/ef-set-50/launch/ – This URL is incorrect. Please note that the link we need is the one under the View Certificate option, which contains the shareable link that you can copy in the correct format.
  • We ask that you only send us the unique link to your results. Any other link will not be valid.
  • The only exam that is valid for us is the one we have indicated. We cannot accept TOEFL, IELTS or others.
    – EF SET results are valid for one year. If your exam is older, you will need to retake it.

Step 2: Complete the online personality test

  1. Go to the website https://www.16personalities.com and register for free if you do not have an account yet.
  2. Please take 7-8 minutes to complete the personality test. Remember that the name you enter must match the name on your application. (DO NOT use aliases)
  3. Once finished, press the «View Results» button.
  4. Read your results and then click «Next.»
  5. Enter your email address to receive the results and press «Send results».
  6. Check your email inbox and click on the «View your profile page» link.
  7. Fill in your full name and age in the appropriate fields. Then press the «Continue» button.
  8. A pop-up window will appear. Locate the «link» button next to the three dots on the right side and select it.
  9. A window called «Share your profile» will appear. Copy the URL that appears, which should be in a format similar to this: https://www.16personalities.com/profiles/0bb433cbf901a (CREAR SU PROPIO TEST DE PERSONALIDAD CLIENTE)
  10. If the above procedures are not successful, once the assessment is complete, look for an icon or option that allows you to access the link to share your results. Remember that you must be logged in to your account.
  11. There may be two link options. Select only the one that matches the format indicated above.
  12. In the Mundo Talent application form (step 6).

Important notices:

Step 3: Make a voice recording

  • Your voice recording should be between 60 and 90 seconds long.
  • Tell us about yourself, your knowledge and the reasons that motivate you to join our team.
  • We only accept files in MP3 format.
  • You can record with WhatsApp, Telegram, an MP3 recorder or any other app that saves in MP3 format.
  • Record this audio and save it somewhere safe. We will use it in step 6.

Step 4: Measures the download and upload speed of your Internet connection

  • Go to Speedtest.net and click «Go» to start the test.
    – Only URLs from this domain will be accepted.
  • Use the same computer to do the speed test and work.
  • The minimum speed requirement to access Mundo Talent is 5 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload.
  • To ensure optimal performance, the server will be located in the country you specified in your request. This will optimize connection speed and reduce latency.
  • Once the speed test is complete, look at your browser’s address bar. There you will find a URL similar to https://www.speedtest.net/result/15972803791 CREAR SU PROPIO ENLACE DE RESULTADOS CLIENTE. Copy this full web address and save it, as you will need it for step 6.

Step 5: Review and update your CV

  • Make sure your resume accurately reflects your most recent career, including your latest jobs, education, and achievements.
  • Your CV must be in English. If you have it in another language, please translate it.
  • Please send your resume in PDF format.
  • To process your application, we ask that you have your updated resume on hand, which will be required in step 6.

Step 6: Fill out all the fields in the application

  • Make sure you answer all the questions in the Mundo Talent application
  • Completing the application is estimated to require between 20 and 30 minutes of your time.
  • To continue, please attach the files, links or results obtained in steps 1 to 5 in the designated fields of the application. It is essential that all documents are complete.
  • Once completed, submit your application.
